Bwindi Forest Camp provides a comfortable and peaceful base from which to track the awe-inspiring Mountain Gorillas.
The Bwindi Forest Camp is situated in a lush stand of indigenous trees and plants, on the border of the renowned Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

The camp provides a comfortable and peaceful base from which to track the awe-inspiring Mountain Gorillas, though the National Park is also home to six other less famous primate species, 350 species of birds, 202 species of butterflies and over 200 species of trees.

Other activities that can be arranged from the camp include trips to see the Batwa Pygmies and a number of forest hikes; though you might just be tempted to relax in the tranquil atmosphere of this forest retreat and absorb the exotic sights and sounds!

The camps have excellent dining facilities with our kitchens preparing delicious food of the highest standards, complemented by the freshest vegetables and tropical fruit.

The service is warm, friendly and unobtrusive. Our camp staff, in keeping with our company policy, are from the local communities, with a fund of knowledge of the areas in which they live and work and are trained to make sure that our clients have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
